Simple flat-rate pricing per tote. Ship your gear to our Reno depot — we de-MOOP and repack everything into our standard totes, ready for pickup in Reno or staged in Gerlach on your way to the burn. We do not deliver to or pick up from any BRC address.

Pack as many items as you like per tote — the only limits are what physically fits and a 40 lb max weight per tote.

One tote holds ~27 gallons and up to 40 lbs — fit as many items as you can within those limits. For gear that won't fit in a tote (bikes, shade structures, generators), reach out for a custom quote.

Bicycles

Ship us your boxed bike — we unpack, assemble, and have it ready for pickup. Reno: $200.00 / bike · Gerlach: $350.00 / bike. Optional clean & year-round storage: +$300.00 / bike / year.
